Tenderness Sculpture

I created "Tenderness" to express my need of closeness with another human being. Sculpture presents half of male face and female hand in tender touch. It's funny because this sculpture has two dates of birth. First i made it in 2003 as my first ever sculpture on university while i study art conservation. Then i put it in a drawer and forgot it for almost 20 years. But in 2019 i took part in a photograph session with my portraits for a design company and in the last moment i grabbed halfhead (that's how i named it then). Unexpectedly it became a face of new campaign of this company. I got many questions about it from people who loved it and wanted to have one. So i decided to make anatomic corrections and after that create "Tenderness" in open collection. This is edition no 20.
