ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Sky2 STS is a sculpture based on the Skyscraper series, where we idealize the most sculptural construction of all: the skyscraper. It is located in a constructive, architectural context, where a formal harmony is sought within its slenderness. The piece is enhanced with the oxidized steel, applied in powder bonded with resin on the base of carved wood, to finally oxidize at will. It is a unique work, signed and with a certificate of authenticity, mounted on a 9x9x9cm oak wood base.
