This is a work from the series "Old Burgas". Wandering down the old streets of Burgas I saw separately standing intact or half destroyed old houses, versatile fretwork on some facades and all that beauty was lost among new buildings… Then I started looking for the library footages, books about the architecture of Burgas to return to the past and feel the colours and very distinctive and unique flairs of the old town! The old building of the Municipality of Burgas, 1909-1911 During 1909-1911 the City Municipality made a decision to construct a new building for Burgas Municipality in the place where the old town hall was before it was destroyed by the fire.
