Oladimeji is an experimental contemporary visual artist based in Lagos. His works are based on social and environmental issues in contemporary Nigeria and the globe at large, while highlighting and archiving social customs of his Yoruba ethnicity. Oladimeji works are in the form of paintings (acrylics, charcoal, spray cans and LED), graffiti, illustrations, wood works, street art, and wearable art.
Oladimeji studied Fine Art at the Yaba College of Technology in Lagos and has created works shown in exhibitions, auctions and magazines in Nigeria and beyond. Dimeji's work has been featured in Vogue Germany, Royal Academy, BLK Arthouse Washington, Artist Movement 2020, Galleries of the Community College of Baltimore County, Nike Art Gallery, African Artist Foundation, to list but a few.
Oladimeji recently opened Art of Alabi Studio, envisioned to be a hub for artistic endeavors in visual art, fashion, film and much more.

Oladimeji is an award-winning experimental contemporary visual artist based in Lagos, Nigeria. He has a keen interest for graffiti, illustrations, wood works, street art, as well as intense paintings, usually preferring to work with acrylics, charcoal, spray cans and LED.
Oladimeji is inspired by his experiences, socially, environmental and his cultural background.

Oladimeji's art is based on his passions regarding social and environmental issues and also very passionate about highlighting and preserving the various social customs of his Yoruba ethnicity. Globalization is slowly disconnecting continental Africans from their roots, so his pieces are documenting various elements of our culture and history that may get lost as time progresses.
His style of figurative expressions is also influenced by African Sculptures.
