Belen Fernandez Vigo

Born in El Ferrol (Spain) in 1960. Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Palma de Mallorca, develops his profession as a teacher of biology and natural sciences at a school in his Hometown.

As a child is attracted to the world of painting and art in general. Begin painting a self-taught oil in 1994 and subsequently go to life drawing class and made his first oils and pastels with Professor Francisco José Fernández.

Reside in different Spanish cities and continues to develop his artistic vocation. By moving permanently to Madrid, in 2001, joins painting classes Academy of Art and Contemporary Authors Foundation (Arauco), taught by teachers Cristian Aviles and Carlos Vega. In 2003 he joined the Master classes at the Academy Muñoz Vera Chichón, "considered one of the leading exponents of Spanish Realism.
