For me, Art is not a mere tool – but a ritual that sanctifies my existence. It is my absolute happy place, a haven where I want to come back to, or rather dwell in. it is a sanctuary which provides me the impetus to live, and the energy to move forward as well as adapt to change. I have forgotten the exact time I started painting – but the colors of the palette have always been creating a beautiful kaleidoscope in my unconscious. When it comes to Art, it makes me feel more alive, empowered and myself – and that is the crux which takes my imaginations out of the mind and on the canvas in the form of painting. It is but joy – exhilarating and unbounded that engulfs me as I start to channelize my imaginations and thoughts in the form of art. I am a self-taught artist, so I don’t believe or practice any restrictions and boundaries while I paint. It is a free-flowing river, and I just channelize it to the exact ditch I want to fill. I am experimental and open about different subjects and techniques and don’t work within any boundation. Larger than life, denser than breath and more colorful than a rainbow – it is the way I make myself known to the outer world.
