My name is Aleksander Borgerød, I am an abstract painter based in Norway.
I went to art school during most of my childhood and once more during my adult life, apart from that I have a degree in business administration and economics. Currently I’ve been painting with oil & canvas for six years.

“Emotional Bias” - An artistic study on the the subliminal effect emotions have on artwork.
The project is based on an actual theory of the same name, and it revolves around how our emotions controls us to an extent we don’t even notice. I like to compare it to “lenses” that we use to perceive our surroundings, and every emotion is its own color.

Formal degree: Business economy & management

Informal: 6 years of art school as a child, 1 year as an adult, 5 year experience with painting (oil on canvas)
