Chiara Dondi is an italian film photographer based in Bologna, in northern Italy. She was interested in painting since she was a little child. Growing up she discovered photography thanks to an old 35mm camera of her father. During these years she has developed her technique with analog photography, trying to combine film photography with her painter’s soul.
Since childhood she has always been attracted by suggestive, almost esoteric atmospheres. She has loved Depeche Mode's music videos and images, thanks also to Anton Corbijn. A great attention also to the incredible rock works from the 70s and French movies by Francoise Truffaut and Jean-Luc Godard.
2008 - Degree in Industrial Design, Architecture Faculty - University of Florence
