Chris graduated with distinction from Grays School of Art in Aberdeen (north-east Scotland). He went on to a lifetime of creating art and a distinguished career in teaching, inspiring and lecturing.

Made in Somerset 1955.
Grew up there and in Nigeria, suffered from malaria.
Thence to a degree course at Grays School of Art to learn about the nobility of craftsmanship.
