Dieter Baumann

Dieter Baumann is an Austrian photographer who takes all his underwater pictures on a single breath of air. Breath-hold diving, also known as apnea or freediving is his way of life. This enables him to use the always limited underwater time to transform his personal concepts and perceptions into pictures. All his works are developed out of his photos and in no way digitally "put together" creations.
