Care Vaughan

Artist Care Vaughan lives and works from her studio in Encounter Bay, South Australia with her partner and family. She established her studio space, Zilm Studios, in 2011 and has steadily built a body of work which has evolved into her signature style. With a palette of bold, vibrant colours blending throughout intermingling layers, Care creates paintings with passion.
Care is currently studying a Bachelor of Visual Arts at the University of South Australia. In 2010, she was placed on the Chancellors Letters of Commendation list which recognizes students in the top 5% in their Division of study. In 2012, Care was invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society based on her continued academic achievement.
In 2014, Care won the Wilson Wine Label Prize with her painting 'Queen of Vines' which is now featured worldwide on a bottle of wine.
