Matt Lowden

Matt Lowden (b.1973 Auckland, New Zealand) has his paintings held in collections in Italy, Australia, New Zealand, France, Denmark and England. Experience as an art director, editorial photographer, film and TV sculptor, as well as formal artistic education contribute to the sensitivity, skill and professionalism Matt puts into his artwork. Matt moved from Rome, Italy to Switzerland in 2002 where he lives with his family.
Awards include the 2024 Richeson 75, Still life and Floral, Merritorious Selection, the 2024 PleinAir Magazine, PleinAir Salon Top 100 Finalist (January), the 2023 PleinAir Magazine, PleinAir Salon Top 100 Finalist (November) and has been featured in the 2019 Featured in February issue 38 of Artists Portfolio Magazine.
