In 1996, aged 16, I bought a small box with oil colours, paper and brushes. I was excited and a little afraid to start with those expensive materials, and of course, something completely new.

...That was the beginning of passion for a new level of creativity.

Technics, format sizes and materials developed and changed from there on- until now and beyond.

Opening the oil tubes is always like opening the door to adventure and recreation, calming and positive tension.

Born 1980 in Northeim, Lower- Saxony, Northern Germany.

Absolved the A- level in art and mathematics in 1999
