Chris Terryn

Chris TERRYN studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and specialized in painting and drawing.
He studied photography at the municipal lyceum Cadix in Antwerp and completed an internship at Herman Selleslags .
As an artist he designed a series of children's books for the South Dutch publishing company. He has his own painting studio near by the atelier of grandmaster Rubens.
As a photographer and artist he suggested regularly exhibited his work .
His work has been seen in almost all Flemish cultural centers.
Chris also examined the contemporary theater and received a grant from the Ministry of Culture for the production of "Shakespearement " , a play in which image and media were central .
As a photographer, he is very interested in non-European cultures .
