I am David, nice to meet you!

I am an artist from Georgia, currently based in Bilbao, Spain. My journey through painting began at the age of 8. For me, painting is a form of meditation. I love what I do and adore the creative process; it is addictive and offers endless possibilities. When I’m alone with
a canvas, my mind switches off, and my inner emotions and instantaneous feelings are
reflected in colors. I want others to feel their own. Every person can find his or her inner world there.
I paint on canvas with acrylic and oil paints. Usually, the process is time-consuming.
The creation of each painting takes 2-3 months or longer. I paint until the painting “comes to life.” Transferring the idea from my imagination to the canvas is never enough.
The painting must be brought to life; it should interact and speak with me. Only after I feel the vibes coming back and forth is it truly complete.
