Emediong Uduak Uko

Emediong ‘Emily’ Uduak Uko, a Nigerian self-taught artist and student of medicine, is most popularly known for making history at the age of 19 as the first African and youngest individual to be displayed at the Cyprus Modern Art Museum- what will be the largest art museum in the Near East region.
She is the Owner and Chief Creative Officer of Asher’s Palette Studios (c).

She is currently a medical student at the Near East University of North Cyprus.

In August of 2019, Emediong orchestrated her very own art auction, displaying and selling select thought-provoking pieces at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, Nigeria. This event was covered by various Nigerian and international news outlets including The Punch, Vanguard, Channels TV, SheLeadsAfrica, Legit.TV and more
