Marek Domaniecki

I was born in 1979 on the plains of Wielkopolska. I studied Garden Design at the University of Life Sciences in Poznan. I discovered the passion for painting late. Long-time fascinated by great masters, I try to find a match between academism and modernity. In painting, I am attracted the most to improvisation, a story that follows the brush strokes. Experience the long period before painting in confrontation with a new passion causes that I am at the stage of reconciling two realities, two identities which sometimes add to my paintings some collagy character.
