Julia Walck

Julia Walck is a Collage Artist and Designer based out of Los Angeles, California. She works with collected vintage magazines and ephemera to create playful, maximalist collages. The intersection of analog and digital is her happy place as she often cuts and pastes directly onto paper, and also Photoshops scanned collections of imagery on the computer. Throughout her compositions, Julia explores feelings of abundance, graphic styles, negative space, and conceptual ideas. Infused with humor and bright saturated colors, Julia's work aims to bring FUN to everyday life. Her studio is in the Melrose Hill area of Los Angeles, where she also teaches collage workshops.
