Maria Sauzet, Italian-Argentine artist, was born in Buenos Aires in 1962.
He studied visual arts in workshops of renowned Argentine artists (Carlos Monzani, Estela Pereda among others). He studies photography at the Argentine School of Photography (E.A.F.), and holds seminars on different techniques and disciplines (photogravure, pinhole and cyanotype photography, collage workshops, paper engineering, artist's book, engraving and lithography.
Since its creation, she has participated in the art groups Almas en Papel y Libro, papel y scissors, collectives of artists in which paper stands out as a support.
Her passion for all artistic techniques leads her to begin her studies in Theater Arts (scenography) at the University of Salvador, where mask making, painting, architecture, costumes and setting are combined.
Selected to exhibit her works both in Argentina, as well as in America, Asia and Europe,
He has participated repeatedly in BA Photo, Festival of Light, Library of Congress of the Nation and in the art fairs of Washington, New York, Miami Beach, Palm Beach, Tokyo, Spain, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, Italy.
