Marjolein Verstappen

Color is always the starting point of Marjolein’s creative process. Colors that harmonize or, on the contrary, clash intensely, releasing energy. Her work consists of a vibrant mix of paintings, collages, assemblages, photography, and sculptures. In a sensitive and playful way, she explores the things that occupy her mind. By shifting shapes and searching for the right compositions and combinations, the answers emerge.
