Mustafa Kemal Pehlivan

Mustafa Kemal Pehlivan graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture in 2006. He traces the first story told in his recent work. For many years, he made a research on the symbols of the lost societies of Anatolia. As a result of his research, he creates a subtext by hiding the lost Sumerian symbols in his works, inspired by the Enuma Elish legend (the creation myth) of the Sumerians. He continues to produce painting and sculpture in his workshop in Istanbul since 2006.
