Abstract Painter Maria Zelasko-Tomaselli was born and raised in Poland. As a child, she found inspiration in her natural surroundings. She says, “Nature is an art. I view all of the flora and fauna through my artist’s eyes.” Since the age of twenty-two, Maria has lived in the U.S.A. and has developed many original paintings. She is a process oriented painter working in each moment to create her abstract artworks. It is rare to find an artist such as Maria Zelasko Tomaselli who creates from her heart and transforms the materials with such a high degree of integrity. Each of her artworks become an authentic “slice of life.” She hopes that the viewers will find their own story within each of her creations. She is currently studying with Art Educator and International professional painter, Laara WilliamSen of Canada. Maria’s abstract artworks are held in private collections in the U.S.A
