Othmar Lehner is a photographer whose lens turns the body into a stage, capturing moments where emotion, spectacle, and symbolism collide. Working between Vienna and Helsinki, Lehner moves effortlessly across three distinct worlds: the sculptural quiet of Intimate Theatre, the neon-charged energy of Urban Erotics, and the coded, stylized portraits of Soft Weapons.
In Intimate Theatre, bodies emerge from shadow and soft natural light, evoking the timeless intimacy of classical sculpture. Urban Erotics flips the script—saturated color, latex textures, and ironic backdrops transform desire into a vivid performance. Soft Weapons lingers in between: portraits layered with meaning, where a glance, a pearl, or a bow becomes a language of their own.
