Robert L Moffat

Canadian Photographer Robert L Moffat creates in the categories of Natural light Landscape, Nature, Lifestyle , Sports and Travel photography. Robert's unique and intimately detailed wildlife frames, large landscape compositions, and cultural frames attempt to dissolve the boundaries between nature and humanity.

In 2007 a simple digital camera replaced his long-winded descriptions of the scenes, moments and people Robert encountered and a fire was lit and quickly became a career of it's own
Photography trips to wildlife areas, Canada's Rocky Mountains where he currently lives, three times to the Caribbean, 26 days travelling India, a summer shooting for a local tourist organization and 3+ yrs as a photo club director all sharpened his photography skills.

Robert's favoured tools and techniques currently include Canon cameras (2) and lenses (6), panoramic stitching (to create large seamless panoramic images by combining several shots into one), bracketing, HDR, and Adobe Light Room. To his credit Robert is also a, Open Water Diver, Photography and Digital Post Processing teacher and naturalist.

Primarily self educated through photography workshops, online forums, and serving as a board member of an active photo club.
