I am an interdisciplinary artist. The relationship between my varied art style stems from a desire to repond to found objects and transform what already exists into a contemporary dialog. I am focused on the environment and the literal physical impact of my work.

"Self-taught" through association and observing art processes through other artists. It was when I began modeling for artists at age 19 that I began to focus on drawing and investigating art in further detail.
I formed part of the Brundege drawing group in Missouri until I moved to Barcelona, Spain where I later joined the Cercle Artistic de Sant LLuc.
My University studies were focused on Psychology and Cultural Anthropology. I wanted to study Art Psychology, but it was not yet developed when I began university in 1993.
