I was born and raised in Sydney , I have always painted studying art at school. I paint today in 3 mediums Acrylic, Watercolour and Chinese Brush Painting. I was taught Chinese Brush by renowned painter Audrey Quigley and after 20 years of this exacting medium was keen to break free and began painting landscapes with acrylic about 14 years ago.

My practice then took a new direction painting the raw and untamed landscapes of Australia and abroad. I travel seeking out landscapes which best suit my appreciation and understanding of colour and form. My studio features paintings finished and unresolved, thoughtful sketches and watercolours and musings in my vast collection of sketch books.
