Rosanna Painting

I come from the industrial landscape beyond the Turin suburbs and have worked constantly, hard and joyfully to improve my expressive skills and to gain the attention of the art world. My main sources of inspiration are personal stories, the surrounding environment and the grotesque distortions of the world. I love to use different techniques: from classic graphite and pen drawing, to spray painting, from digital art to acrylic painting. Although I create mainly out of my own need, my work has been well received by both buyers and critics; a factor not to be underestimated that has led some of my works to be permanently exhibited at the most important urban art museum in Italy, the MAU in Turin. With the filter of my sensitive soul, I create unrepeatable associations that I technically express taking inspiration from classical masters as from children's drawings, from the associative flow of free gesture, from street art, from cartoon characters without identifying myself with a specific movement. I learn the recipe and then modify it to express another taste, creating paintings, drawings, prints as a draftsman, painter and artist.
