João Paramés

Visual artist, born in Lisbon in 1978 and have, since ever, worked and lived on my artistic paintings.
All my paintings are based on music and colour.
I represent imaginary figures. Figures that sing and dance. As one goes through the paintings, you'll always end up discovering new forms, new elements.
Above all, this imagery and movement is expressed through colour.

Formation in Painting 1994-1995 by the National Society of Fine Arts in Lisbon. Later, in 2003, degree in Painting at the University School of Arts in Coimbra.

Dozens of international exibitions, namely in New York, Canada, Spain or Germany.
