I am an architect who fled the city. In my works, I convey the atmosphere, vibrations and power of the northern nature. With my art, I want to show people how important it is to love yourself and this world, always follow the call of your heart and have constant contact with plants and nature.

Bio:
Kira Rozhkova/ Black Skich was born in 2001 in Riga. Since childhood, she was fond of drawing and painting. In 2020 she graduated as an Architectural Technician at the Riga Construction College. In 2021, she left her higher architectural education, deciding to devote herself entirely to art.

She never attended art school or university, only took courses in architectural drawing in “Mākslas studija arhitektu namā” for the college entrance exam.

Skich’s art includes both abstract paintings and works in mixed techniques. All artworks are united by the cozy darkness and the atmosphere of nature. Sometimes it can be realistic drawing of plants or trees, sometimes just vibrations in the form of abstract painting.
