Barbara Puto

Barbara Puto is a Polish artist, engineer (MSc in Electrical Engineering), and MBA graduate who found her true calling in painting.
Based in Warsaw, she has been developing a poetic visual language that speaks softly yet profoundly to the soul. Her emotionally charged works merge light, nature, and introspection, exploring the balance between strength and vulnerability, silence and transformation.
Working mainly in watercolor and acrylic on high-quality cotton paper and canvas, she employs a refined, expressive technique characterized by soft tonal transitions and symbolic imagery.
Her inspiration comes from personal memory, the rhythm of nature, and the quiet emotions of everyday life.
Barbara has successfully participated in international art competitions and exhibits her works both in physical galleries and curated online collections. Her paintings are held in private collections in Poland and abroad, recognized for their emotional sincerity and distinctive artistic voice.

Barbara Puto holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Gdańsk, completed in collaboration with GFKM and RSM Erasmus University, where she graduated with honors.
Her academic background bridges engineering and strategic management: she earned an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Cracow University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in Energy Enterprise Management at the Warsaw University of Technology, as well as an advanced Controlling Program in Katowice.
This strong technical and analytical foundation continues to shape her artistic process — bringing a reflective, structured, and thoughtful dimension to the way she builds visual narratives and explores emotional complexity through painting.

Barbara Puto is currently developing a series of large-scale acrylic and watercolor paintings that explore metaphysical landscapes, symbolism, and the dialogue between light and shadow. Her artistic language balances between abstraction and figuration, combining architectural forms, memory, and emotional resonance.
In October 2025, she will participate in a group exhibition organized by Top Moir Gallery (USA), available online from October 12, 2025.
By the end of 2025, the artist will also present two solo exhibitions:
“Because the Sun Is Within Us” – Pod Tężniami, Ciechocinek, November 15–16, 2025
“Light and Silence” – Potocki Dwór Gallery, November 22 – December 13, 2025
In the spring of 2026, her solo exhibition “Where Goodness Is Born” will be shown at the Krużganek Gallery of the Catholic Cultural Center Dobre Miejsce in Warsaw, followed by another presentation at the Panorama Club Gallery in Warsaw, from April 13 to July 13, 2026.
