Kim Nina Gromoll (b. 1994, Cologne, Germany) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Working with multiple media, her practice is research-driven and unfolds through long-term inquiry. The current works shown at SaatchiArt belong to an earlier layer of research rooted in nature, collecting and preservation. Together they explore transformation, fragility and beauty, forming the ground from which her current research into quantum physics, the elemental body and patterns that shape inner experience and outer reality has grown. She has received several distinctions, including the Henriette Hustinx Prize (NL) and the Rea Art Prize (IT), and has been supported by the Mondriaan Fund. Gromoll has exhibited internationally, including at ART Rotterdam and Rea Art Fair in Milan.
