Yildirim Bayazit Yaylak

I am Yıldırım Bayazıt Yaylak. I live in Turkey. I met Calligraphy Art in 2003 thanks to my interest and talent in painting. It did not take me long to get used to this art based on line. With patience and perseverance, my interest in pen and paper increased day by day. As time passed, I developed my own writing style. Thanks to my predisposition to painting and my love for calligraphy, I can use painting and calligraphy together.

In 2009, I published my calligraphy book titled 'Letter Games'.

I have been professionally engaged in calligraphy for 20 years. I have participated as a calligraphy artist in tourism fairs, festivals, receptions and workshops organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in India, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Russia, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Hungary and China.

In order to improve my art, I attended the 200-hour Calligraphy training at Rauf Denktaş University of Northern Cyprus in 2022. I currently have a calligraphy diploma.
