Born in Kenya 1955 growing up in the UK.Slade School of Fine Art 1974-1978.Studied in a figurative tradition and over the last 30 years I have continued to paint exploring various areas that fascinate me about the whole process of painting, looking and understanding how the great masters worked and evolved. Even with the advent of the digital world I feel the process of placing pigment on a surface has even more individual importance than ever.
