Oleg Suslenko

Oleg Suslenko was born in Ukraine, in the city of Zhovkva, Lviv region, on January 16, 1980.
1995 - 1999 studied at the Uzhhorod College of Arts named after Adalbert Erdeli, Department of Graphic Design.
1999 - 2005 studied at the Lviv National Academy of Arts, Department of Graphic Design.
As a creative personality, he was formed in the Transcarpathian artistic atmosphere of the second half of the 90s, and in the Lviv cultural and artistic environment of the beginning of the zero. In his creative practice, he professes the global mood of the decline of modern culture.
Uses media: painting, installation, performance, actionism.
2009 - 2024 member of the art group Esmarch mug.
Since 2014, a lecturer at the Department of Graphic Design of the Lviv National Academy of Arts.
Since 2016, curator of the cathedral experimental platform of contemporary art "Tse Gallery".
2020 - 2021 - co-curator of the Lviv Municipal Art Center.
In 2024, together with Ruslan Tremba, he created the art group They.
In 2025, he founded an alternative space known as the Generator Room Gallery.
Participant of many exhibitions and art residencies in Ukraine and abroad.
Works are in private and public collections.
Lives and works in Lviv.
