In Iryna's work over the years one can notice an increasing bias toward realism, an accent on semi-figurative images. She depicts distortions, as she does not believe in straightness and flatness of all things. Combines photography, drawing, and digital manipulation to emphasize structure and detail previously unnoticed by anyone else. Shows the difference between reality and her understanding of the image of reality, and proves that the truth is always subjective. Iryna's paintings are mostly semi-figurative, stylized to a greater or lesser extent, gravitating toward abstract aesthetics and naive imagery.
