I have been doing a lot of different things for all my life - advertising of provincial Polish theatre (Olsztyn), landscapes & cartoons from Parisian streets, management of WAMA Radio, scripting for cabaret "Good advices for ... real men", designing of visual advertaising, teaching and... painting last of all.
I called paintings in my newest series: Pastels from the Green Valley. It is my specific form of documentation of the place that I live in for some time, the beauty that I enjoy every day. My realism means extracting the mood and that specific atmosphere of a landscape that has impressed us. As I stick, in a way, inside my landscape, I could not leave it unpainted. Actually, such painting process expresses the simplest, the clearest emotions accompanying the observation of the nature.
