Born in Togo( West Africa).Work in USA and Togo.
With a body of works stretching back nearly two decades,and spanning from painting to installation, Rodrigue Semabia is remembered as one of Togo versatile painter.His practice engage the audience to be part of the current social(emotional, migration ) & political(democracy 'extremism) environment in the era of globalization phenomenon.
Migrated to USA several years ago, his work has being the subject of numerous exhibitions,both local and international, some held in private collection.
