Laurence Pierrat

She started her artist life as illustrator for album covers in Tamaris - Publisher - in Paris, in 1993.
Passionate by photography portrait, she decided one day to turn them in painting.
First solo exhibition as a painter in June 2008 in the "Chapel of the White Penitents" in Gordes, where she showed portraits on canvas
From her stay in Australia, LAURA brought with her, a part of the Aboriginal Dreamtime, which now influenced her work on geometric abstraction based on the search for harmony between graphics and color.
In 2012 began the series of painted busts, which is a great success, both France and the United States.
