Cynthia Berg-Polsan

Born in Seattle, raised in Los Angeles, Cynthia Berg Polsan comes from a family of inventors, builders and artists. She creates figurative and contemporary work that is shaped by two predominant themes: her love of humanity and a deep appreciation of diverse cultures. Her work has been collected in the states as well as internationally.

Cynthia Berg Polsan attended the Los Angeles Academy of Figurative Art, studied with special effects artists in Los Angeles, and took coursework at the Otis Art Institute as well as the Florence Academy of Art in Italy. She continues to learn and study, always experimenting with new techniques, and materials.

Her work has been collected domestically as well as internationally. She's exhibited at JMG in Santa Monica, Belle Artes Gallery in Hollywood, Michael McGuire Gallery in Provincetown, Huntington Gardens in Pasadena, Jim Miller Gallery in Denver, Bob Johnson Gallery in Healdsburg. She accepts commission work for relief portraiture, canines, and award trophy design and sculpture.
