David Castle

David Castle was born in Denver, Colorado, USA on October 10, 1967. David Castle paints abstractions infused with unexpectedly rich and vivid colors. His art is inspired by the variety of mountain and urban terrain discovered throughout his extensive travels in North America and Europe. David creates from his exposure to the colors and shapes of these very different places and has developed multi-layered techniques that produce uncommon opaques and transparencies. David is a former corporate technology guy and has studied with a variety of artists in North America and Europe. David has completed a variety of large-scale commissions for private collections throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and England.
