Dayva Achikhman

DAYVA ACHIKHMAN Born in the USSR, the French artist has been living and creating in France for more than 20 years.
Her works abound in details, absolute abstraction is combined with realistic subjects. We follow her into another dimension where the senses are enchanted by her artistic offerings.
Her diverse colourful palette contrasts with extremely detailed monochrome drawings. The artist creates each of her works with a meticulousness worthy of jewellers.
The visual artist's career is international. Her visit to the Baltic States has left an imprint on applied arts and crafts. In the 1990s, she travelled through Central Asia. This led to the publication of her drawings in the magazine "Etoile de l'Est" in Uzbekistan, in the section "Illustrations - Foreign Poetry". In 2002, she established her studio in France.
