In my current body of work, I explore the visual poetry of traditional folk costumes — their textures, ornaments, and intricate fabrics. I am particularly drawn to the rich heritage of the Abruzzo, Molise, and Lazio regions, where each thread tells a story, and every detail holds the memory of a community. Through painting, I seek to reawaken these fragments of cultural identity and transform them into contemporary visual narratives.
