My drive is CURIOSITY. To explore the interaction between colors, composition, and structure.
The goal is to create AESTHETIC WORKS that both bring peace of mind and stimulate the imagination.
My works arise in A FIELD OF TENSION between the controlled, the experimental, and the random. The controlled in the composition and the very sharp lines. The experimental in mixing and combining colors. The randomness in the structure, which arises from the many layers the work is made of.
My PREFERRED MATERIAL is canvas, but I also experiment with paper and wood.
With a background in textile DESIGN, I have worked with color and design for more than 25 years whit painting as my primary occupation since 2006
My EXPRESSION has, over many years of development, become personal and recognizable. I have reached a wide audience, and my works adorn many companies and private homes.
