Wasantha Gunasinghe

I’m inspired by nature and channel my energies, feelings and emotions to develop my art alongside of them. I like to provide the feel of textures through works of art. I have exhibited my work at international and local competitions. I like don’t restrict my work to a specific style, thus use my work to express my interpretations spontaneously. I also design landscapes and hardscapes using digital tools and renderings. Then I use different views and dimensional views to analyze beauty, functionally and simplicity. I use colors, textures, shapes from nature to bring abstracts to the canvass using traditional artistic techniques. I attempt to send the viewer on a journey of discovery that can be interpreted with intellectual reasoning.
