I grew up beneath the quiet skies of Springfield, Missouri, where four generations of my family have rooted their stories. It’s where I still live today—sharing life’s unfolding chapters with my husband, our wise and independent old coonhound, and a two-year-old basset hound who bursts through our days like a ray of sunshine. We also share our home with an unexpected but cherished guest, my brother-in-law, whose gentle spirit adds its own kind of grace to our lives. My inspiration blooms from the natural world—the tilt of sunlight through trees, the soulful gaze of dogs, and the quiet beauty hidden in everyday moments.
