Without a plan, I set about creating the sculpture. The heart cultivated events, elements, and from the depths of the unconscious, the code was minted with hands, so directions and lines were born. The puzzles of the future work were put together. It was a triumph of chance and intuition. Wood, meta...

My name is Alexander Slavsky. I was born on February 21, 1985 in Kaliningrad, Russia, where I currently live. As a teenager, I graduated from two art schools. In those careless times, I confess drawing was a burden to me, the difference was about sculpture. Clay. In high school, I moved to a school with a military bias, and then graduated from the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in jurisprudence and devoted myself to the profession for several more years. I think everyone has at least once in their life found themselves at a crossroads. So, in 2011, instead of seemingly tangible stability, I chose a leap into the unknown. By 2017, I had received various work experience, but the most important discovery for me was Creativity and Design. The language that seemed familiar from youth was comprehended and updated. It was a rebirth. Creativity as self. Design as a tool for building the world. Since 2018, joinery has become for me the territory of skills and practical experience in working with materials. In 2021, the first independent work entitled "Eden Ivy" was created. Today I feel the strength and ability to create new works. I want to tell the world about unknown times, in a forgotten design kept by the dragon.
