Amandine Giloux is a French visual artist and photographer whose work blends conceptual staging with poetic depth. A graduate of the prestigious École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués de Paris, she explores the porous boundary between the real and the imaginary through a unique visual language rooted in surrealism, magical realism, and philosophical inquiry.
Her images often feature sculptural bodies, symbolic gestures, and ritual-like settings, inviting the viewer into dreamlike worlds that question identity, presence, and memory. Each composition is carefully constructed, with a deep attention to form, light, and symbolism, often in collaboration with other artists and artisans.
Amandine’s work has been exhibited and collected in France, Belgium, and the UK, and has been featured in several prominent art publications. She embraces eclecticism, moving freely between photography, video, set design, and writing, while maintaining a coherent, sensitive, and incisive artistic voice.
