There is no bridge over the river Styx Drawing

Since I graduated fine arts in 2007 I have been interested mainly in figurative drawing. During my research of contemporary drawing I have been trying to expand the rules of traditional drawing without losing the beauty of classical technique. For example I experiment with various kinds of papers and textures using different sorts of drawing tools. I am using color for my work, which in the traditional perception of drawing is not fully accepted. In some ways goes beyond the boundaries of drawing,but I think it is so dependent of the principles which during the development of my art had become too stiff and are generally based onthe personal, subjective judgment. In my work I focus mainly on the expression of the human body that is associated with his mental and spiritual state. That is why the body has to be shown in a proper scale. I'm fascinated also by a lot of contemporary issues affecting the problems of human evolution in an environment which we live.
