Jane was born (1975) & raised in Dublin. She is a self taught Contemporary Abstract Artist.

Jane’s style is always a reflection of her past & present evolving together.

When I picked up a paint brush, I was always scared. When I painted, I was not.

Trying to emulate beauty through simplicity & imperfection whilst having my own personal experiences be within them.

The beauty is the imperfection.

I never have a knowing intention with my past experiences when I start a painting but they become prevalent during.
It is only in the middle towards the end that I understand where I am at and how I got there.
