Wasan Suttikasem

I was born into a family where art was a natural act: my father painted, my mother wove, my brother, too, creates. My childhood was spent watching my father paint the rhythm of the landscape.

Though I studied Visual Communication Design—a world of structure and cool design—the quiet suspicion that I was meant to paint always followed me. After years of balancing life and art, the canvas finally became my full-time certainty.

My process is a dance with destiny, where the brushstrokes are guided by inherited memory and the discipline of my design education. Each painting is a mirror, reflecting my history, my Thai roots, and the simple truth: I am a painter. In this act of creation, I find my true self.
